Pre-offer Inspections

In cases where there are multiple offers on a property a potential buyer may choose to have a Pre-offer inspection done to determine the condition of the house and costs that will have to be incurred to upgrade major components of the home. The buyer will feel more confident in bidding for the house and placing a firm offer without conditions.
